Jessie was originally introduced to massage therapy and alternative medicines as a teen then again in her 20’s when she experienced work related back pain. Through the combination of massage, yoga she lives with much less pain, and has since applied her life lesions to her career as an RMT

Before your treatment, Jessie will discuss your needs and how massage therapy and soft tissue manipulation can be helpful to you. Whether you suffer from a recent injury, you need to 'de-stress' or get relief from reoccurring pain. She will customize each treatment to best suit your needs.
